Room in a shared flat

Hello YOU We are looking for an active & nature-loving person who feels addressed by our offer. The main thing is that one has the desire to actively help shape the shared flat and that the chemistry is right! (age over 30, non-smoker, Swiss German preferred, no short-term stays) We offer, from now or by arrangement, a room (unfurnished) of 12 m2 size, which is part of our quietly located, but somewhat noisy 5 1/2 maisonette apartment (old building). Every 10-15 min there is an S-Bahn to Zürich. Walking distance to the station takes approx. 10 min. You share a bathroom with one flatmate. Utilities, internet & cellar compartment are included in the rental price. We are: Marc 53j. Engineer, mountain and water sports enthusiast, volleyball, youth work Petra 48j.
