Room in a shared flat

I (m, 34) already have two roommates with my two black cats (f, 8 / m, 7). Since they do not contribute to the rent (the mouse business is not as bearable as it used to be), we are now looking for a human roommate. :)
It is a cozy three-and-a-half-room apartment with a balcony in a quiet quarter in Dübendorf. The room is approx. 15 square meters in size and has an almost square basic shape. It is rented unfurnished. Except for electricity, internet, and Serafe, all ancillary costs are included in the rental price as an advance payment.
About me: I would describe myself as quiet, uncomplicated, and reserved. I studied history and enjoy listening to music, writing poems, enjoying the beautiful weather outside, or idling. Since I occasionally leave things lying around, I am looking for someone whose peace of mind does not require perfect order; in return, I am very tolerant and am rarely bothered by things with others.
