Room in a shared flat

We are looking for: A new flatmate as of 01 January 2027. Your new flatmates would be Yasmin (35 years), Nicolai (28 years) as well as Arvid (28 years). We value a tidy apartment as well as an uncomplicated, respectful and collegial interaction. We all enjoy our personal space - however, when we are all at home, we also enjoy having a shared dinner or a game together :) The room is 15 square meters in size and is located on the first floor. It is rented unfurnished. The apartment features its own laundry tower and every two weeks a cleaning lady comes for the common rooms. Furthermore, the apartment has a large balcony as well as a garden. A large attic as well as a cellar are also available. Unfortunately, no parking spaces are available, however, the apartment is easily accessible by public transport. We look forward to you contacting us!
