From January to September 2027 I am renting out my light-flooded attic studio, which was newly renovated in April 2025 and is completely furnished. The apartment impresses with its special charm and cozy chalet feeling. I am looking for a subtenant who appreciates a quiet and stylish home in a prime location.

Taking over the apartment is possible by arrangement.

The idyllic Rosengarten is only a five-minute walk away. From there, one enjoys one of the most beautiful views of the Bern Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Old Town is also reachable on foot via Aargauerstalden in around ten minutes.
