1 room apartment

Hello, I am currently renting this beautiful old building apartment and am looking for a female co-tenant to form a shared apartment.
Especially for students, the location is ideal, as the Pérolles campus can be reached within 3 minutes on foot.

I am 20 years old myself and a student at the university.
Since it is a 2-person shared apartment, a pleasant, warm atmosphere is particularly important to me. It would be nice if you occasionally felt like eating together or doing something together.
