Room in a shared flat

From mid-November, a room (approx. 27 m2, unfurnished) will become available in our beautiful shared flat. Our shared flat is located in a terraced house in the quiet Loogarten quarter, close to greenery but still very well connected to the city. Your room would become available from mid-November and is limited until the end of February 2027, without the possibility of an extension!
The room is oriented towards the east and is very bright thanks to the large window (like the entire apartment). Together we use our beautiful living room plus kitchen/dining area, which together make up an entire, open floor. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers and a cellar with its own washing machine and room dryer.
Currently, there are four of us living in the shared flat plus one toddler. However, my roommates will all be moving out soon, which is why we will be handing over the apartment at the end of February. Another room will become available during the course of December. The two other roommates including the toddler will also move out at the end of February.
Please introduce yourself in a few words, and let us know if it would be okay for you to commit to not terminating the shared flat room before the end of February.
