Room in a shared flat

We have a room available in our modern apartment. The room is large, bright and fully furnished. All additional costs such as fast Swisscom internet are also included. You can get anywhere in no time by public transport, 4min to Flughafen / 7min Oerlikon / 15min to Zürich HB. Shopping facilities are right around the corner (also on Sundays). Despite the proximity to the airport, the apartment is located in a very quiet area as it is not in the flight path. The apartment offers everything one needs, such as a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony as well as its own laundry room with a washer-dryer tower. We are Arsen, Diego and Paula. One room is becoming available and we are looking for a subsequent tenant for it. We appreciate a tidy home and a respectful as well as uncomplicated interaction with one another.
