• Certificate from the debt collection office of your place of residence dating from less than 3 months
• 3 last payslips or employment contract if new job, or unemployment benefit certificate.
• Certificate from the employer specifying the applicant's employment situation.
• Security deposits required
• Your monthly net salary must represent at least 3 times the amount of the gross rent (rent including charges)
