Room in a shared flat

I am happy to rent out my furnished room (approx. 22 sqm) with its own balcony at Römerhof from 17 November - 17 December 2026.
Anna (26) and Pablo (27), both working teachers and wonderful, sociable people, are roommates. A living room, bathroom and separate toilet, two balconies, one private balcony.

If interested, please feel free to contact me for a conversation and/or viewing appointment :)
We can discuss the move-in and move-out date.

With best regards

Gill
