It is part of a bright 4.5 room non-smoking apartment near Stauffacher. Tram and train are around the corner, Stauffacher, HB and lake are within short walking distance. There is a lift to one floor below the apartment. Some basic furniture is available upon request. *** The spacious and cozy kitchen with morning sun, the terrace, as well as the bathroom and the separate WC are used communally. *** We are looking for a third quiet woman who is employed, uncomplicated, a non-smoker and aged 29 or older - 40+ is also welcome. Who likes plants and waters them occasionally, eats vegetarian or vegan at home, lives and appreciates respectful interaction, and likes to contribute honestly and lovingly to the shared flat life and wants to live with us for 4-5 months. Sorry dear animal lovers, dogs and cats are not allowed. *** For us, our shared flat is a home where we can let our souls dangle after an exhausting day. We both appreciate honest and respectful interaction with one another, enjoy chatting and discussing, sometimes more, sometimes less, and withdraw from time to time. If it works out despite the very different working hours, we also eat together at the kitchen table sometimes when we are in the mood. *** I am CH, non-smoker, no longer the youngest, variously interested, employed, often traveling by public transport, tech-savvy, with a slightly green thumb and eat plant-based. My quiet, socially competent and sympathetic non-smoking roommate, over 40, works in nursing, does not eat entirely vegetarian and walks a lot. *** Since our apartment has a maximum income and a minimum occupancy requirement, the requirements are: - our apartment is your primary residence (in the CH) - your taxable income is max.
