Our apartment on the top floor is bright, small and cozy. The ceilings are rather low and the rooms are quite small. The apartment is in a house with three other apartments and there is an inner courtyard where you can grill and chill. The inner courtyard as well as the house entrance are accessible via a gate with a code. The apartment is ideal for someone who wants to live centrally. The size of 55m2 is estimated. A basement compartment also belongs to the apartment. Laundry is done in a shared laundry room very uncomplicatedly. 10 minutes on foot to the HB. Bus stop Militär-/Langstrasse and Kanonengasse very close (2 minutes on foot). We are looking for a minimum 3-room apartment. We would like to have a bathtub and a balcony.
