Room in a shared flat

Hoi Zäme a as my girlfriend and I are going on a world trip for a longer period of time, I am subletting my room in our extraordinary shared apartment furnished. The room is available **from now until at least the end of December 2026**. A longer rental period is also possible – I am flexible there. Depending on the situation, there is even the possibility of taking over the room or the shared apartment long-term. The room itself is very generously sized, bright, and offers plenty of storage space. It is intentionally furnished rather minimally, so that you have enough space to create your own feel-good atmosphere with your own pictures, plants, or personal items. A special highlight is the **large private bathroom with a bathtub**, which belongs directly to your room. Additionally, the room has its own **private balcony**. The apartment is something quite special and offers amenities that one does not find every day in a shared apartment: Three balconies with a dreamlike view of Rigi and Pilatus, morning and evening sun, a cozy fireplace, lift directly into the apartment, a separate home office room, Weber grill, 75"-TV, sound system, large kitchen with high-quality equipment as well as washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. Thanks to the generous room layout, there is plenty of storage space and sufficient retreat options for all residents. You would live together with two sympathetic and working roommates: Björn works as a Sustainability Engineer and Marius. The atmosphere in the shared apartment is uncomplicated, respectful, and relaxed – not a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but a pleasant togetherness. About me: I am a computer scientist, very well-groomed, active, and tidy. Accordingly, I am looking for someone who takes care of the room and the apartment and fits well into the shared apartment.
