Room in a shared flat

Hi, it is almost 13qm, so it is not the largest but also not the smallest; it is an east-south room, so you also look a bit down towards the mountains and the sun shines on the bed sometimes. The room has two doors, 1 to the hallway and 1 to the dining room. Currently, it is still furnished by my roommate, but of course, it will be unfurnished if you were to come :) There is not much more to say about this, just look at the pictures. ps: there is a bouldering gym 5min away if you like doing that. So, I am relatively open; anyone is welcome as long as the vibe is right. You can live here full-time, but you can also be a weekly resident who is here 1-3 days, then the rent will be adjusted accordingly. I am actually looking for someone who is similarly chill as I am, but one thing mentioned below, which is very important to me, is cleanliness, so especially the work surfaces in the kitchen; if a dirty plate stands there overnight because you had a stressful day, don't lose your head, but what I really don't like are crumbs and vegetable remains on the work surface. I don't have a cleaning plan or anything; we can coordinate or if something bothers you, just communicate and clean together :) Something else that is relatively important to me is that you are vegetarian, as I cannot stand the smell of meat in the refrigerator at all. If you eat meat at family meals or out, I don't care at all, but I simply don't want it in the apartment; weed is also not allowed, unless you are an occasional smoker who smokes one now and then, but I don't want the smell in the apartment. Um, since the apartment is already relatively furnished, it would certainly be an advantage if you just bring things for your new room. So my name is Arion, I am 28 and looking for a new WG partner. I'll just tell you a little about myself, then you'll get an idea :) So, I am a landscape gardener by profession and work in Züri 100%, so I am often not home until 17:00. Sport is mega important to me, so I go jogging a lot, calisthenics, a bit of yoga, skate, snowboard, boulder, and otherwise I am often on the road with my van in the mountains hiking or driving to the sea to surf. In Jona, there are 1-2 cool bars where I sometimes go for a beer with friends or we go to the lake for ping pong. As for my friends, they live on the 1st floor below, and therefore in our garden, which also has apples, pears, figs, and other things, there is sometimes a barbecue and a few beers, which you are very, very welcome to. Even if you want to do something in the garden, you are very welcome to do so with coordination. As for my personality: I am the type of person who is very relaxed, but I also have my phases where I am very quiet and simply don't want to talk, when I also have my headphones on, or when I am mega charged with energy and run around the area like a little child. Something else that is important to me: I get up relatively early, and that means I usually go to sleep at 22-23, and if you bring friends, please ensure they are not there forever because it is also a relatively quiet apartment.
