* A beautiful, bright room with approx. 14 m2. * **The apartment:** Spacious apartment (110 m2) with 2 floors in Igis with a modern kitchen, cozy living area upstairs, the rooms are downstairs. 1 WC/shower without bathtub. * **Amenities:** Internet and cellar compartment for skis, bike available, also washing machine/tumbler for shared use. Outside is a large garden with a covered BBQ area as well as parking spaces **The location in Igis / Landquart** * **Commuting:** 50 meters to the bus stop at Dorfplatz. To Igis station, it takes about 10 minutes on foot. * **Shopping:** Migros, Coop and the Fashion Outlet Landquart are quickly reachable. A Volg is 50 meters away and is also open until 9 pm on Saturdays. * **Surroundings:** Quiet, rural idyll in Igis with the Graubünden mountains directly at your doorstep – perfect for any outdoor activity. The Physiohochschule SUPSI/THIM is approx. 1.5 Km away. **WG life** * We are Roman and Janis, both in our early 30s and work as physiotherapists. Janis is currently still doing the MAS in physiotherapy directly in Landquart. * We are very easy-going, but also sporty and active. Roman likes going to the gym, skiing and is out on his motorbike. You will also find Janis in the gym, on skis, paragliding or, depending on mood, bouldering and squash. * Not a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience only)! We appreciate uncomplicated togetherness, enjoy chatting over an after-work beer. But that is not a must. However, everyone absolutely has their own privacy. * A clean and harmonious home is important to us – uncomplicated, but tidy. Which is why we have a cleaning plan, at least every 2 weeks.
