I’m renting a bright, fully furnished room in a spacious 128m² modern apartment in Triemli. The flat has herringbone parquet, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a high-end open kitchen with a large island.

The room

• Bathrooms: 2 modern bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower)
• Laundry: private washing machine + dryer in the apartment (no shared cellar laundry)
• Kitchen: fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, large island, etc.)
• Outdoor: large covered balcony with open views
• Comfort: underfloor heating with individual room controls + natural cooling/ventilation in summer
• Living room: fully furnished, incl. a recent large 4K TV

• 2 min walk to Zürich, Triemli (tram stop).
• Very quick commute: SZU S10 from Triemli → Zürich HB ~10 min (direct).
• Tram 14 to the city center / Bahnhofplatz (~17–20 min).
• Additional nearby connections: Tram 9 and buses 33 / 80 / 215.
• Night connection available (good for late shifts / nights out).

Nature next door (Uetliberg)

• You’re minutes from Zürich’s local mountain: easy access for after-work walks, runs, and weekend hikes.

Flatmates & vibe
You’ll be living with two flatmates: Allan (29) and Wael (30), both IT engineers. We’ve lived together for 3 years; cohabitation works well — we’re tidy, respectful, and like to keep the apartment calm and clean. The size of the flat (especially the kitchen and two bathrooms) makes sharing easy, even with different schedules.
We all travel regularly, so it’s common that someone is away for a few days. In winter, we’re often skiing on weekends; throughout the year we stay active (yoga, bachata, tennis, swimming, etc.). We sometimes do things together, but mostly have our own lives and routines — friendly, independent, low-drama flatshare.
