We are subletting our spacious and fully furnished 4-bedroom apartment (approx. 150 m²) for a fixed period of three months, from 1 November 2026 until 31 January 2027, as our family will be abroad during this time.

The apartment is bright, spacious and particularly well suited for a family or couple looking for a comfortable temporary home. It offers beautiful lake and mountain views, as well as two large terraces with plenty of outdoor space.
The apartment features a generous living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and two children's rooms, one of which can also be used as a home office.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The building has an elevator, and two parking spaces in the underground garage are available if required. A washing machine and a dryer are provided in the apartment.

The location is very convenient for everyday life. The train station is approximately a 7-minute walk away, while a supermarket is only around 3 minutes away on foot.
