2 ½ rooms apartment

I rent out my modern 2.5 room apartment on the 2nd floor with lift in Münchenstein, BL for 8 months from November 2026 (until the end of June 2027). The apartment has a balcony, laundry tower and is furnished, with the exception of the dining table. Mattress/Topper for the box spring bed must be brought along for hygienic reasons. The apartment is located between the tram stops Spengler and Gartenstadt (line 11). A few minutes' walk from the shopping center Gartenstadt. I am looking for someone (or a couple) who can stay for the entire 8 months and is clean, respectful and communicative. Only non-smokers and no pets as well as no children. The rent of CHF 1800.- includes ancillary costs and internet. To be noted: - no parking space available, but can be rented separately if needed - the basement compartment is not included, as I have to store my personal belongings there while I am abroad A sublease contract will be concluded and a deposit of 1 month's rent will be required. Requests for less than 8 months will be ignored.
