Room in a shared flat

In my 3.5-room apartment in the Siedlung Silbergrueb of the Genossenschaft Sunnige Hof, a room will become available from 1 January 2027. The room is approx. 6 m² in size and will be rented unfurnished.

The approx. 88 m² apartment is located at Esslingerstrasse 17 on the 2nd floor. We both have our own room. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are used communally.

The apartment includes a beautiful, approx. 10 m² balcony and a pantry with additional storage space. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located directly in the bathroom. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally if required.

I am 60 years old, humorous, and uncomplicated. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, going on excursions, and spending time with my grandchildren. Friendly, respectful interaction as well as mutual consideration are important to me.

Net rent: CHF 2.00 per month

Cooperative shares: As this is a cooperative apartment, cooperative shares in the amount of CHF 5’000 must be subscribed per person. This also covers the deposit.

Further costs: Additional costs such as internet, TV, electricity, Serafe etc. and their distribution will be discussed.
