Wir vermieten unser vollstaendig moebliertes 3.5-Zimmer-Ferienhaus in Contra oberhalb von Tenero, rund 300 m ueber dem Lago Maggiore. Das Haus verfuegt ueber 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, einen gemuetlichen Wohnbereich und einen privaten, nach Sueden ausgerichteten Garten. Bei Sonnenschein geniesst man hier den ganzen Tag viel Sonne und eine schoene Aussicht ueber das Tal. Contra ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ab Tenero ist das Haus von Zuerich HB in weniger als 3 Stunden erreichbar. So laesst sich der Gotthard-Stau ganz einfach vermeiden. Im Dorf gibt es ein Restaurant. Weitere Restaurants und Bars befinden sich im nahegelegenen Brione, rund 2.5 km entfernt und groesstenteils eben zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend zum Wandern, Spazieren, Joggen und Velofahren und bietet zahlreiche Wege und schoene Ausblicke auf das Tal und den Lago Maggiore. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a private south-facing garden. When the sun is shining, the house enjoys sunshine throughout the day, as well as beautiful views over the valley. Despite its peaceful hillside location, Contra is easy to reach. Thanks to the hourly bus service from Tenero, the house can be reached from Zurich HB in less than 3 hours by public transport. This means you can avoid the Gotthard traffic altogether. There is a restaurant in the village, with further restaurants and bars in nearby Brione, around 2.5 km away and mostly a flat walk. The surrounding area is fantastic for walking, hiking, running and cycling, with countless trails and beautiful views over the valley and Lago Maggiore.
