Due to my assignment abroad for my employer, I am looking for a subtenant / flatmate for my furnished 3.5-room apartment starting September 1, 2026 (or by arrangement), limited until the end of March 2027 (optionally extendable). **Apartment details:** * Fully furnished 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor, of which the large room (approx. 14.5 m2), the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom as well as the cellar compartment are available for your use. If you want to furnish your room yourself, the currently existing furniture – bed and wardrobe – can be removed or supplemented. * Large, bright, open and fully equipped kitchen * Own washing machine/tumbler tower in the laundry room in the UG * Beautiful furnished and covered garden seating area * TV and internet free of charge for use * An outdoor parking space can be rented additionally. **Amount of rent** * **CHF 1’505 incl. utilities** **per month** * The apartment (excluding the main tenant's room) is available for your sole use for the majority of the year. The main tenant is present 2 times per year for approx. 2 weeks, with early advance notice.
