Room in a shared flat

Ciao! 👋 We are looking for a new flatmate for our super 4.5 room apartment on the 7th floor. The room is 13.3 m2 with a balcony. There is plenty of space for a large bed, a table, a chest of drawers,... furthermore, you have at your disposal a large wardrobe (dressing) of 86x50x200cm in the hallway just in front of your room. The apartment and the cellar are very large, so there is enough space to store a few other things if you should need them. You will share one of the 2 bathrooms of the apartment with Clara. Some characteristics of the apartment: * magnificent view of the préalpes 🏞️ * immense private rooftop on which you can also grow some fruits or vegetables if you wish 🥕🥦 * bus stop 50m away with 1 bus every 4 minutes for the station 🚌 * 12 minutes on foot or 3 min by bike from the station 🚲 * Publibike station 50m away * Pérolles lake nature reserve just next door to go running, recharge, or climb the Pérolles bridge 🐿️ * Denner 100m away 🛒 * washer/dryer in the apartment 🧺 * parking spaces for rent in the underground garage (160.-/month) 🚗 * flatshare costs approx. 110.- (electricity, internet, Serafe fee, cleaner 1x / 2 weeks) Pierre-Antoine has been living in the flatshare for 2 years. He comes from Fribourg, is 33 years old, works as a civil engineer, is open-minded, uncomplicated, and has had good experiences living in flatshares for 10 years. In his free time, he likes outdoor sports (skiing, climbing, cycling, kitesurfing, ...), music, and spending time with friends. Clara also lives there, she is 27 years old, works as a doctor at the HFR and also likes outdoor sports very much: cycling, ski touring, climbing.. and especially spending time with friends! ☀️ What we appreciate in a flatshare is spontaneity, respect and understanding towards others, cleanliness, and tranquility when necessary.
