• Space for approx. 4 to 8 workstations

• CHF 1'100 per month including all ancillary costs, internet and cleaning

• Weekly cleaning of the communal areas (Friday afternoon) included

• Printer (with normal use)

Important notes:

• The office room is open. A passage runs along one side, which is used occasionally.
• The room has windows, but no air conditioning.
• The office is not suitable for companies that regularly receive customers on-site. Occasional visits are of course possible.
• Minimum rental period: 4 months
• Notice period: 2 months to the end of the month (can be designed flexibly by arrangement)
• Rental deposit: 3 months' rent
