Room in a shared flat

Hallo zusammen, ich bin Mike und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner bzw. eine neue Mitbewohnerin, ideal ab 01.10., aber verhandelbar.

Zur Wohnung:
Sie ist gross, und hat direkte Verbindungen an den Flughafen, HB und andere Orte in der Stadt. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber gut erschlossen (Bus- und Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude), Bahnhof Wollishofen ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt (5 wenn man es eilig hat). Eine Migros ist direkt unter uns, ein Denner neben uns, und ein Coop ca. 5 Minuten oder eine Tramhaltestelle entfernt, was praktisch ist, wenn man um 20:55 noch kurz Milch braucht.
Ein paar Möbel gibt’s schon im Zimmer, aber die können bei Bedarf selbstverständlich entfernt oder gratis übernommen werden. Die Miete ist nicht tief, aber wenn man die Location, Aussicht und anderen Vorteile bedenkt, noch erträglich. :) Oh, und wir haben unsere eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner!
Zu mir:
Ich bin 31 und arbeite als Sprachlehrer. Wie man an der Einrichtung wohl erkennen kann, mag ich vieles, was mit Videospielen und Fantasy zu tun hat
Ich gehe auch gerne klettern und wandern, und liebe es zu kochen. Ich gehe auch gerne mal für ein Wochenende in andere Städte, also hast du auch immer wieder mal deine Ruhe.

Hi everyone, my name is Mike, and I’m looking for a new flatmate (non-smokers only), ideally starting 01.10., but that's negotiable.

About the apartment:
It is spacious, bright, and has direct connections to the airport, HB and other areas in the city. The area is quiet but well-connected (bus and tram stop in front of the building, train station 8 mins on foot (5 if you’re in a hurry)), and has convenience stores conveniently located (Migros in the same building, Coop about 5 minutes away on foot).
The room is partly furnished, but can be cleared if need be. Any furniture in it can also be taken free of charge. The rent is a bit steep, but is, considering the size, location and view of the apartment, somewhat bearable.
Also, we’ve got our own washer and dryer, yay!
About myself:
I’m 31 and work as a language teacher. As you might tell from the apartment, I lean into geeky things and gaming, but also love to cook and travel, so I’m happy to take care of dinner every now and then as well as leave the apartment to you when I’m gone
