Room in a shared flat

**🏡 What awaits you:** Our shared apartment is located in a spacious house that is currently being renovated and will be **freshly ready for occupancy from October 1st**. The house includes a large garden, terrace, balcony, and garage. There is also a bright living room with a large window front, a separate dining area, and an additional common room. For rent are either one large room with approx. **16 m²** or two opposite rooms with approx. **10 m² and 8 m²**, which are rented together to one person. This provides a total of around **18 m²** – ideal, for example, as a bedroom and study. The bus stop is approx. **3–5 walking minutes** away and is served at 10-minute intervals. By bicycle, it is about **5–10 minutes to Bahnhof Fribourg** and around **5 minutes to Universität Fribourg**. **👀 Who are we looking for?** We are looking for open, tolerant, and respectful roommates who contribute independently to daily shared apartment life. Pleasant coexistence is important to us, where one enjoys sitting together or doing something, but can also have one's own space. Joel has completed his Master's in biomedical research, David works in a residential home for people with disabilities, and Maira is studying Social Work. We like to be active, spend a lot of time outdoors, and enjoy going on excursions into nature.
