Pets: allowed Cellar / hobby room available, bicycles can be parked in the public bicycle room. Deposit: A deposit is required. Miet payment: Rent is to be paid in advance. We additionally have the following conditions: Blue wall must be taken over (would have to be painted white upon moving out) we would leave an existing installed dining table lamp in the apartment for a small fee of 200.-. (Professionally installed by electrician 350.- without lamp) Electrical connection at the car for charging handover 275.- (Professionally installed by electrician for 550.-) Parking space for car in garage must also be taken over (3 months notice period) The apartment is ideal for individuals or couples looking for comfortable and stylish living space with an exceptional terrace in a quiet environment.
