Room in a shared flat

For my 14 m2 room in a very sunny and spacious apartment, I am looking for a replacement tenant.
You can move into the room unfurnished or, upon request, furnished. If you like, you can additionally rent a parking space. There is a laundry tower in your bathroom.
The rental duration is not defined, which means you can sign a fixed-term or indefinite contract.
Rent: CHF 1'200 net plus CHF 100 service charges, total CHF 1'300 per month.
I am looking for a male replacement tenant who would enjoy spending evenings together with the roommate (24 years old, PH student).
The shared apartment room is ready for occupancy from 1 October.
