Room in a shared flat

Since our shared apartment is dissolving, a room in our 3-room apartment at Hallwilerweg 16 will become available as of 1 December. The second room is expected to become available in early 2027, the exact date is still open. This also creates the possibility of taking over the apartment as a whole later on.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and was modernly renovated in 2020. It is flooded with light, has an open floor plan and a balcony with evening sun and a view of the Pilatus and the Gütsch. It also has its own laundry tower as well as a cellar and attic compartment.

Currently, Alina and Alan live in the apartment. We are both in our mid-twenties, a couple, and share a room. Professionally, we work in Spatial Design and in gastronomy.

The total rent is CHF 2’150.- per month. For a three-person shared apartment, this corresponds to CHF 732.- per person, including WLAN.
