4 ½ rooms apartment

From October or by arrangement, we are renting a part of a house, freshly renovated in 2026, with 4 1/2 rooms plus an extended attic (suitable for an atelier, hobby room, etc.) on 120sqm. The apartment extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a large shower; on the 1st floor, there is an additional separate WC. Fly screens are already installed on many windows. Additionally, a cellar room offers plenty of storage space. The washing machine (17L)/tumbler must be shared with one party (owner). The existing garden is not intended for shared use, however, there is the possibility to set up a seating set in front of or next to the house. Dogs are not allowed, but smaller pets are. It is a non-smoking apartment. One parking space is included in front of the house; possibly others can be rented in the neighborhood. We (the owners) are a lively family of 5 with 3 school-aged children. In the middle of the house (between the two apartments) is our midwife practice. Families are cared for there before, during, and after birth. Therefore, it may be that occasionally (approx. 1-3 times per month) birth noises can be heard. The apartment is primarily suitable for couples, max. with one child. Rent 1850.- CHF, additionally 150.- CHF service charges in advance.
