Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a sympathetic and uncomplicated person to complement our shared apartment from 01.11.2026. An enjoyable and respectful coexistence is important to us, where we like to spend time together but also respect each other's privacy.

Our attic apartment impresses with its spacious rooms and high ceilings, which give the apartment a particularly open and airy feel. The spacious living room forms the heart of the apartment and invites you to relax and linger. In addition, a separate hobby room of around 60 m² is available, which offers plenty of space for sports, creative projects, and various hobbies.

The room itself also features its own storage space of approx. 12 m².

The apartment also offers:

• a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
• a beautiful, sunny balcony with a view of the Alps
• a private cellar compartment
• parking spaces directly in front of the house or in the underground garage
• a quiet and green environment

Location

A special highlight is the location on the mountain: While there is often fog down in the valley in winter, it is often sunny and bright up here with us.

The Berikon-Widen train station can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. From there, there is very good public transport connections – Zurich is reachable in about 30 minutes with regular connections. Shopping facilities such as Migros and a pharmacy are also located just a few minutes' walk away.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, tidy, and uncomplicated and is interested in a relaxed shared apartment life. Whether it's an after-work drink on the balcony or simply everyone for themselves – we are open and uncomplicated.
