4 rooms single house

We are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful 4.5 room rental apartment in Oberscherli (7 minutes by car from Köniz center). The apartment offers a lot of space and surroundings. We currently manage the settlement garden alone (approx. 100m2) and it can be taken over. In addition, there is a tool shed next to the house and a cellar under the terrace. Additionally, we hand over some accessories such as: the chimney, the tumbler, a small freezer, lamps, storage cabinet, open wardrobe, cabinets in the garage and in the cellar, etc. (price negotiable separately).
