As of 01. May 2027, we are renting a single-sided attached, historical Riegelhaus in Nussbaumen TG for a limited period of one year. Since the year 2020, it has been extensively renovated internally and partially core-renovated (bathrooms). The oil heating has been replaced by a heat pump with geothermal probes.

The furnishings can be easily adjusted if required (e.g., removing children's kitchen etc.). For the bed, there is of course a bed frame. If required, we can discuss adjustments within a reasonable framework.

Nussbaumen TG is an idyllic village in the political municipality of Hüttwilen and is embedded in the protected natural landscape of the Seebachtal. The region is considered a real insider tip for people seeking peace, nature, and quality of life, without wanting to forgo proximity to the city.

Natural idyll directly at your doorstep: The Seebachtal is famous for its three idyllic lakes (Hüttwilersee, Nussbaumersee, and Hasensee). The Nussbaumersee is reachable in a few minutes and invites you to swim, grill, and linger in the summer. The surroundings offer dreamlike hiking trails and cycling routes through forests, vineyards, and wide fields.

Perfect for commuters (Frauenfeld, Winterthur, Schaffhausen): Despite the wonderfully quiet, rural location, you are excellently connected in terms of transport. By car, you can reach the city center of Frauenfeld in around 15 minutes. The economic centers of Winterthur (approx. 20-25 minutes) and Schaffhausen (approx. 25 minutes) as well as Zurich Airport (approx. 35 minutes) are also quickly and easily accessible.
