Room in a shared flat

Hey together, we, Samia and I, Vincent, are looking for a new roommate! We are a very uncomplicated shared flat and pay attention to a tidy and clean apartment. Community is very important to us, which is why we also like to do something together or meet for a joint dinner in the kitchen or on the balcony. We don't see our shared flat as a purpose-built shared flat, which is why we wish that you are also open to community. The apartment is very nicely located in Zürich Witikon and four minutes from the forest. It has a very beautiful bright kitchen, a bright community area (living room), two bathrooms and a large balcony with a lounge, where we like to spend time together in the summer. Additionally, there is a large compartment in the basement to store things, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a drying room. Unfortunately, the apartment is limited until the end of September 2028. About us: I, Vincent Gugerli, work as a carpenter and like to do sports like football or fitness. Samia works in the gastronomy and also likes to go to the gym. So that everyone can relax after a long day at work, we would prefer it if you speak German.
