I am looking for a successor for a lovely 1.5 room apartment, approximately 35 m², located in the characteristic historic center of Grancia. Available immediately, or with an entry date to be agreed upon.

The apartment is organized in a very functional manner, with a small wall that partially separates the sleeping area from the kitchen area. It features a modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and private washer-dryer, so without shifts or shared laundry.

Excellent location: bus stop a few minutes away, Lugano center reachable in about 25 minutes by public transport and the Grancia shopping center a few minutes' walk away. Municipal parking nearby.

Requirements requested by the owner for the takeover: person with work and regular income, without debt enforcement proceedings, in possession of permit B, permit C or Swiss citizenship.

The application will be submitted to the owner for approval and the subsequent takeover of the contract.
