Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone In our 2-person shared apartment, a furnished room will become available for sublet from December for 3-6 months. The 3.5 room apartment is in Zürich Höngg. 🏡 Room \- bright room \- furnished \- Limited from December 2026 to minimum end of February 2027 and maximum until end of May 2027 \- 15m2 \- CHF 1385 excl. utilities (CHF 15.- per month for water and electricity) 📍 Location \- Bombachsteig 11, 8049 Zürich \- Main station can be reached in 25 with the tram \- Bus and tram station 2min away \- Shopping facilities (Coop, Migros, Denner) are 10min on foot or 5min with the tram away \- Washing machine and drying room available for use \- Cellar room available I would like to sublet my shared apartment room as I am going traveling. The shared apartment and the room are fully furnished and equipped, as can be seen in the pictures. My roommate (Lucas, 28) will remain in the apartment during your stay.
