Ich untervermiete meine fast 90qm grosse und helle Wohnung im August. Sie ist zentral gelegen, 3 min zur Tramlinie 3 und den Buslinien 33 und 83. Man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt, am HB oder an der Hardbrücke. Die Wohnung wurde 2016 kernsaniert und ich war der erste Mieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hat eine Fensterfront Richtung Ütliberg, daher auch sehr hell. Es sind Supermärkte, Schulen, Sportplätze und das Triemli Spital ganz in der Nähe.
