Our spacious 3.5-room apartment is ideal for couples or singles. Kindergärten, schools and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. To apply, please fill out the application form and submit a current extract from the debt enforcement register for the last 5 years, which is not older than 3 months. **The selection of residents is made by random draw, and the selected candidates will be invited to a personal interview.** Please note that viewings are only possible after a successful interview.
