4 rooms apartment

We have a spacious old building apartment with beautiful parquet floors available for exchange. A large balcony in the kitchen, a French balcony in the dining room, a roof terrace for shared use, an attic compartment and a cellar compartment. WC and bathroom are separate, it has three bedrooms plus the large dining room. Pets are allowed, the neighborhood is very nice and attentive, surrounded by a 30-zone. Rent is a bit expensive for us three female students, which is why we are unfortunately moving out again. The apartment would be ideal for a young family. Move-in or exchange date is flexible. Unfortunately, a direct takeover of our rental agreement by a new tenant is not possible. In the event of a termination/change in the contract, the rent will increase significantly. Therefore, only long-term subletting based on mutual trust is possible. Regarding the kitchen: Previously, the cabinets were a dark wood laminate, we have painted them white, which brightens the room up a lot. We have covered the kitchen tiles with fake tiles, but they can be easily removed again. However, subtenants would have to take over the white cabinets.
