Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new person for my 2-person shared flat in Zürich Oerlikon as of 15 August. The previous roommate (and good friend) is moving in with his girlfriend – therefore the room is becoming vacant. **The room:** - approx. 15m², bright and quiet, fully furnished - Part of a 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 living room) with kitchen, bathroom and balcony - Greifenseestrasse 48, 8050 Zürich - CHF 1'176.–/month incl. internet – utilities and electricity are added proportionally and will be shared among the roommates **The location:** - Quiet residential area in the 30 km/h zone - Within walking distance: Hallenbad Oerlikon, tennis courts, Hallenstadion - Oerlikon station and Zürich city center are easily reachable by bike or bus **Briefly about me:** I am 37, currently working for the Stadt Zürich and am self-employed on the side. I am very athletic and spend a lot of time outdoors – whether it is tennis, cycling, swimming or surfing. I also love to travel and will therefore be away quite often.
