3 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for a suitable sublessee for my 3.5-room apartment in Rudolfstetten as of August 15, 2026, since I would like to vacate the apartment prematurely. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has two balconies - a smaller one and a slightly larger one. The photo shows the larger balcony. The apartment also includes a private basement compartment. The laundry room is also located in the basement and is available for shared use. There is no elevator in the building. Rental costsApartment including ancillary costs: currently CHF 1’640.–Garage parking space: CHF 130.–Outdoor parking space: CHF 50.–Total rent including both parking spaces: CHF 1’820.– per month. The two parking spaces do not have to be taken over. For me, it would be nice if one were taken over. The rent can be adjusted by the administration in the event of a new rental, if necessary.
