As of 1 November 2026, I am looking for a successor tenant for my bright and spacious 3.5-room apartment on Fluhmattstrasse in Luzern, above the Löwencenter and near the SUVA building.

The apartment offers plenty of space on around 93 m² and a pleasant layout. It features two spacious rooms as well as one slightly smaller room. The spacious kitchen offers enough space for a dining table. Additionally, there is a practical separate storage room.

The living areas feature beautiful parquet flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom have terrazzo flooring. The apartment also includes two small balconies. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

Thanks to the central location, the city center, Löwencenter, train station, and shopping facilities are easily accessible. At the same time, the apartment is located slightly above the city center and pleasantly set back from the direct hustle and bustle.
