Room in a shared flat

Room for sublet We are opening our home and welcome you. The house is over 120 years old and a true unique piece. The garden and the covered lounge offer many different cozy corners which invite you to linger and relax. The garden is a small oasis. It can be experienced and used in summer as well as winter. Large fire pit, archery, hot pot... We would like to offer one of our 3 bedrooms for sublet for rather shorter stays, not a long-term shared apartment situation. It is a rather small room, yet you have a 1.40 m bed for yourself. We use the bathroom, kitchen and WCs together. Super located in the Mittelland and the highway exit is 1.7 km away. You can reach Solothurn in 12 min, and Bern, e.g., at the Messe, in 23 min. It is simply super suitable for people who want to take a break, technicians, weekend stayers, trade fair visitors and exhibitors, people arriving in Switzerland or during the transition from one apartment to another. We are Sandro 43, Swiss and Daniela, 48, German. A dog can be brought along, unfortunately cats cannot live with us. For a short stay, the room costs 45 CHF / night or 550 CHF incl. utilities, WLAN and parking space (with enough space for a transporter) for normal use and 1 person / month.
