The FiveCubes project is located in a central position at Widmerstrasse 73a-e in Zürich Wollishofen. Through the combination of renovated old building apartments and newly constructed penthouse apartments, a harmonious ensemble of five houses is created, which is arranged in a U-shape around the green courtyard.

The Wollishofen district:
Wollishofen is located on the left shore of the lake between the Sihl and Lake Zürich and impresses with a good infrastructure and an excellent range of leisure activities. As an open and lively residential district in Zürich's District 2, Wollishofen is popular with young and old alike. Extensive walks along the lake are just as inviting as a refreshing swim in the lido, excursions to the Entlisberg, or film and theatre performances, exhibitions, and discussion groups in the Rote Fabrik.

The former farming village forms the southern border of the city of Zürich and is easily and conveniently accessible both by public transport and by individual transport.
