Room available in a 2-person shared flat in Seefeld, Zürich

We are looking for a new flatmate for a lovely apartment in Seefeld, one of the nicest and best-connected areas of Zürich.
The room is around 14 m², bright and quiet, with direct views over the garden. The apartment is shared with one other flatmate, a 30-year-old working professional, and includes a spacious shared living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
One of the best features of the apartment is the private garden/terrace, which is quite rare in Seefeld.

• Rent: CHF 1,671/month including utilities
• Internet: CHF 25/month

Location:

• 10 min walk to the lake
• 5 min walk to Stadelhofen station and the Opera House
• Tram 18, 2 and 4 and bus 31 nearby
• Supermarkets, Post, restaurants, cafés and bars all within walking distance

The building also has a shared laundry room and bicycle parking.
Available preferably from December 2026, although we can be flexible from the second week of November.
This is not a sublet or a temporary room. The new tenant will take over my place in the existing rental contract and become an official tenant together with the current flatmate, subject to approval by the property management.

Preference will be given to someone interested in taking over the existing furniture. This includes the furniture in the bedroom as well as the living room and kitchen furniture. A detailed list and price breakdown will be shared with interested candidates.

We are looking for a working professional with an employment contract who is interested in making the apartment their home.

Viewings will take place next week. Additional viewing dates may be organised later if needed.

Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für eine schöne Wohnung im Zürcher Seefeld.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² gross, hell und ruhig und hat direkten Blick in den Garten. Die Wohnung wird mit nur einer weiteren Person geteilt, einem 30-jährigen berufstätigen Mitbewohner. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es ein grosses Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist der eigene Garten/Sitzplatz, was im Seefeld eher selten ist.

Bevorzugt wird jemand, der die bestehenden Möbel übernehmen möchte. Dazu gehören die Möbel im Zimmer sowie die Möbel im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche. Eine genaue Möbelliste mit Preisaufstellung schicken wir gerne bei Interesse.

Wir suchen eine berufstätige Person mit Arbeitsvertrag, die ein langfristiges Zuhause in Zürich sucht.
