Room in a shared flat

in a large and beautiful house in Rapperswil, a room in our shared apartment is becoming available. The house offers plenty of space and a pleasant, uncomplicated shared apartment atmosphere.
The shared apartment is currently rather male-dominated, although one woman already lives in the shared apartment. Therefore, we are preferably looking for a man who fits well into the existing shared apartment and enjoys relaxed communal living.
Location: Rapperswil, directly next to the Sonnenhof
Lake: very close by
Rapperswil station: approx. 10 minutes on foot
House: spacious and with plenty of room
