The room is a large 30qm room with plenty of sunlight and plenty of space to furnish it according to your own ideas. Additionally included are a private balcony and a private bathroom.
Thanks to the generous floor plan, it is suitable both as a bedroom as well as a home office or retreat. The location is also very quiet.

The apartment itself is a beautiful attic apartment with a huge living room, guest room and a view of the Alps. The location is top, 10 minutes walking from the station and 5 min from the Aare.

Included in the rental price are also internet and a cleaning service, which comes 2 times per month.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated and reliable person who feels like helping to shape a home. We are not looking for a perfect roommate (male) or a perfect roommate (female) – but a person with whom living together is pleasant, uncomplicated and enriching for everyone. Everything is possible – nothing is mandatory.
