Room in a shared flat

Description My name is Helen, 35 years old and I would describe myself as an uncomplicated, quiet but young-at-heart person. I am on the go a lot and also like to go partying :D I am an absolute person of movement and therefore like to do a lot of sport and enjoy being in nature or elsewhere on the move. Should you have any questions or want to come by, just get in touch, I would be happy to hear from you :) About the room: I am renting a 10 m² semi-furnished (with built-in wardrobe) shared apartment room in a bright apartment and good location. 3 minutes to the bus stop 5 minutes to the S-Bahn ( S7 Winterthur) 20 minutes on foot to Rapperswil Downtown :D A parking space can be rented additionally Bicycle cellar available In the cellar as well as in the apartment, cabinets can be used to store your own things if desired :) Who I am looking for * Smokers are welcome but only on the balcony, but with a view ;) I do not smoke, but it would not bother me * Pets unfortunately not allowed
