For professional reasons, I am looking for a successor for my modern 3.5 room apartment, ideally located in St-Sulpice.
The bright apartment offers approximately 65 m² of living space, an open and spacious layout, a large balcony as well as good thermal and acoustic insulation. A cellar is also available. The apartment is perfectly suited for a single person or a couple.

Situation
The apartment benefits from an ideal location: the bus stop is just a few steps away. EPFL is accessible in about 5 minutes by bus or bicycle, and the Université de Lausanne in about 10 minutes. The lake and the beach are also located about 10 minutes on foot.
