Room in a shared flat

A bright 18 m2 room has become available in my shared flat.

The apartment is located in the Beauregard district, a 5-minute walk from the station and the Miséricorde campus; shops are also quickly accessible on foot.

It is a 3.5-room apartment of approximately 90 m2, consisting of two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The laundry room is shared with the rest of the building.

The rent is approximately 850.- including internet but excluding electricity (quarterly bill to be shared).

The room is partially furnished (bed, desk, built-in wardrobes), the furniture can be taken over.

I am looking for a nice and calm female student roommate, keeping in mind that the rest of the apartments in the building are filled mainly by students, so there is a great atmosphere.
