Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Rent includes all expenses. Your future roommates: The apartment is currently occupied by Isabelle and Julia, who speak German, French, and English fluently: * **Isabelle (59 years old):** Works in finance, open-minded, dynamic, and very relaxed. Having found a job further away, she is generally only there on weekends. * **Julia (30 years old):** German teacher in Bienne, curious, funny, and cheerful, who loves spending time in nature.
