Hoi, wir suchen ab 01.11.26 einen Nachmieter für unsere 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Langendorf, da wir aufgrund eines Jobwechsels nun beide im Homeoffice arbeiten, wodurch der Platz nicht mehr genügt. Unsere sehr preiswerte gemütliche Wohnung hat direkt einen Coop in unmittelbarer Nähe, Migros ist um die Ecke und Aldi ist auch Nah. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich super wurde vor unserem Einzug in 2025 erst Renoviert und für den Preis echt top, nur müssen wir in eine 4 Raum wechseln. Einzugsdatum ist fix der 01.11.26, da wir bereits eine Zusage für unsere nächste Wohnung haben. Eine Parkplatz kann Ma auch dazubekommen, die Kosten müsste ich aber nochmal anfragen.
